Refund Policy
We want you to love your portrait. Here's what happens if you don't.
Every package includes free retries if you'd like to try a different pose, expression, or lighting.
Our guarantee. If we can't successfully create the portraits you paid for after a fair number of tries, we'll refund your order in full — automatically, no request needed.
If you're still not happy after using your retries, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
