Most portraits are ready within a few minutes. Multi-pet portraits can take up to fifteen.
Yes. We're careful to keep the features that make your pet recognizable — coat color, markings, ear shape and expression.

Every package includes free retries if you'd like a different pose, expression, or lighting.
Yes. You can delete your uploads at any time from your account, and we remove them from our servers within 30 days by default.
